It is a non-governmental and non-profit making organization approved and supported by the Govt. and managed by an Executive Council with advice from Advisory Council (List attached). The members of the Council do not take any pay and allowance or any other facilities. Hon’ble Prime Minister of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh is the Chief Patron of this foundation. National Heart Foundation Hospital & Research Institute is one of the projects of National Heart Foundation of Bangladesh. The activities of the hospital are governed by a board of trustee.
